Costa Caribe Hotel Beach & Resort
7.6/10 on Booking.com (77 reviews), read Oct 28, 2026
- Where
- Sources disagree: Trip.com gives the address as Sitio Caribe, Altagracia, 1.6 km (about a 15-minute drive) from Playa Caribe; Booking.com places it in La Galera, a 16-minute walk from Playa Las Arenas. A June 2026 reviewer found the sea too rough to swim.
- Suits
- Guests who mainly want pool time: a July 2026 reviewer said it suits people who like lounging by the pool. Trip.com lists a kids' club and children's pool and June 2026 family reviews were positive, but a 2024 reviewer said it is 'definitely not a place for families with children'.
- Good to know
- Reviews from 2023-25 describe worn rooms, loud music until about 1 am and shortages of hot and drinking water; a June 2026 reviewer had no fresh water for the shower and another reported cats in the restaurant. US$50 cash deposit. Trip.com gives both 405 and 135 rooms.
