Venezuela e-visa wait times reported to the Visa Desk
Our own reports, not official data. These are wait times applicants reported to us, from the day they submitted in the official portal to the day the decision arrived. They describe the past, not a promise for any one application.
Last updated:
We publish a headline median once a visa type has at least 15 complete reports. Right now: 9 complete reports (with both a submission and a decision date).
| Cut | Reports (n) | Median wait | Range | Submitted from / decided to |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| All visa types | 9 | fewer than 10 reports | — | 2026-09-07 to 2026-10-14 |
| Tourist e-visa | 9 | fewer than 10 reports | — | 2026-09-07 to 2026-10-14 |
A median and range are shown for a cut from 10 reports; a passport nationality is listed only from 10 reports for that nationality.
Method
- Submitted: the day the applicant submitted the application in the official CancillerÃa Digital portal, as they reported it.
- Decided: the day the decision (approval or rejection) reached the applicant, as they reported it.
- Wait: calendar days from submitted to decided. Reports missing either date are not counted; gaps over 365 days are treated as errors and left out.
- Excluded: test and synthetic records, and reports we deactivated as duplicates or unverifiable.
- Median: the middle value (the average of the two middle values for an even count). Range: the shortest and the longest wait.
- Not official data. The Venezuelan government publishes no processing times. For the tracker with percentiles, see visa wait times.
