Partner terms draft, not yet in force

Placeholder text. The final terms are agreed with each partner before any payment is switched on. Until then, expert reviews are arranged without charge and commissions are recorded in the ledger only.

1. Independence. Partners are independent businesses. Visa Desk is a guide and a workspace, not a law firm and not part of the Venezuelan government. Partners never state or imply an approval rate or a guarantee.
2. No document creation. Partners never create, alter or “fix” the content of a document the applicant submits (bank statements, letters, reservations, translations presented as certified). Formatting fixes on the applicant’s own file are the only permitted change.
3. The government fee and the portal account. Partners never collect the government fee, hold portal credentials, or operate the portal on the applicant’s behalf.
4. Data. Documents stay in the case workspace and are deleted on the schedule shown to the applicant. Partners do not download and keep copies, and never paste from WhatsApp exports into profiles or comments.
5. Commissions. Reviews: the partner’s price minus the platform share shown in the panel. Bookings: half of the affiliate commission on locked bookings. Services: a flat referral fee per completed request. Property sale commissions are switched off. Every profile and referral page carries the “may earn a commission” disclosure.
6. Payouts. Through Stripe Connect Express where Stripe pays out to the partner’s country (tax forms collected by Stripe); otherwise a manual monthly transfer recorded in the ledger. A sanctions screen runs at signup and activation.
7. Rules. Partners propose changes to the rules base; the team approves before anything goes live, with the partner named as verifier.
8. Ending. Either side can end the relationship at any time; open commissions on locked bookings are still paid.
