Visa Desk terms
- Visa Desk is an independent guide and workspace for the Venezuela e-visa. It is not affiliated with the Venezuelan government, it is not a law firm, and nothing on it is legal advice. Requirements change often.
- We never charge or collect the government visa fee and never ask for your CancillerÃa portal password. You submit the application and pay the fee yourself, only in the official portal.
- Your documents are kept privately and deleted on the schedule shown on your case page; you can delete them at any time.
The document review
- What it is: a reviewer reads your documents and portal answers before you pay the government fee, and writes comments on your case page.
- What we check: your documents against the current list published by MPPRE (Venezuela’s foreign ministry), your answers in the CancillerÃa portal, and the file formats and photo rules.
- Price: USD 49, paid by card through Stripe. This is a fee for an independent service. It is not a government fee and it is not part of the visa fee.
- Delivery: written comments on your case page within 48 hours of payment.
- Refund rule: if the review is not delivered within 48 hours of payment, you get a full refund.
- No guarantee: a review does not guarantee approval. The decision is the Venezuelan government’s alone.
